Acceptance
By accessing or using PetaKerja, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use PetaKerja on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts And Google Sign-In
Some PetaKerja features require an account. You may sign in with Google, and PetaKerja may link your account by email to preserve your existing PetaKerja profile, roles, points, admin state, and settings. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person, share access in a way that bypasses role permissions, or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
The PetaKerja Service
PetaKerja provides Malaysia-focused geospatial exploration, points-of-interest data, dashboards, blog publishing, job tools, watchlists, resume workflows, AI-assisted features, and related productivity tools. Features may change, remain in beta, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PetaKerja or use it in a way that harms users, the platform, or third parties. Prohibited activity includes:
- Breaking the law, violating privacy rights, or uploading data you do not have permission to process.
- Attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, role checks, RLS policies, or security controls.
- Scraping, crawling, load testing, reverse engineering, or automated extraction without written permission.
- Uploading malware, exploit payloads, spam, deceptive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Using PetaKerja to make emergency, medical, legal, financial, credit, employment, or safety-critical decisions without independent professional review.
- Using the service to operate unauthorized security monitoring, penetration testing, or managed security services against third-party systems.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to PetaKerja, including blog content, comments, uploads, prompts, resumes, and job materials. You grant PetaKerja a limited license to host, process, display, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, secure the platform, and comply with law.
You are responsible for your content and must ensure you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload or publish it. We may remove content or restrict accounts when content appears unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Geospatial, Jobs, Blog, And AI Disclaimers
PetaKerja combines public, third-party, user-generated, and derived data. Data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Maps, POIs, analytics, job listings, watchlists, blog posts, AI outputs, and resume suggestions are provided for exploration and productivity, not as definitive professional advice.
You should independently verify important information before making decisions, especially decisions involving safety, employment, finance, legal obligations, healthcare, property, travel, or emergency response.
No Healthcare Or HIPAA Service
PetaKerja is not a healthcare provider, medical device, electronic medical record system, insurer, emergency service, or clinical decision support system. HIPAA is a United States health privacy law and is not the Malaysian statutory framework for PetaKerja.
Do not use PetaKerja to store, process, diagnose, treat, or manage patient records or regulated health information unless we separately agree to a specific supported healthcare use case in writing.
Third-Party Services
PetaKerja may rely on third-party services such as Google OAuth, cloud hosting, database/storage providers, email providers, analytics, map/data providers, AI providers, and other integrations. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Security And Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a vulnerability, contact support@petakerja.my and avoid accessing, modifying, deleting, or disclosing data that is not yours. You must not perform destructive testing, denial-of-service testing, social engineering, or testing against third-party systems through PetaKerja without written authorization.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused the service, or if continued operation of a feature is no longer feasible. You may stop using PetaKerja at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
PetaKerja, its interface, branding, software, documentation, and platform design are owned by PetaKerja or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership in PetaKerja intellectual property. Public datasets, third-party data, and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and notices.
No Warranty
PetaKerja is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetaKerja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or decisions made using inaccurate or unavailable data.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal data. By using PetaKerja, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Malaysian courts will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires a different forum.
